Terms of use

For the public website of Krav Maga Hawaii. Last updated August 2026.

By using www.kravmagahawaii.org you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The school

Krav Maga Hawaii provides practical self-defense and professional defensive tactics training in Honolulu, Hawaii. In-person classes currently meet at Iron Kingz Gym, 851 Mapunapuna Street, Unit D, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819. The school is operated by Kevin L. Lewis.

This website

Pages here describe programs, schedule, location, and how to get in touch. They are information, not a contract to train and not an offer that stays open if a class is full, moved, or cancelled. Schedule and pricing on the site are current as of publication; confirm by email or phone before you travel.

Training is physical

Krav Maga and U-DTAC involve physical contact, exertion, and the practice of defensive skills. Participation is voluntary. Training does not guarantee that you will prevail in a real incident or that you will not be injured in class. Additional waivers or gym rules may apply at Iron Kingz Gym; those are separate from this website.

No professional advice for a specific case

Nothing on this site is legal advice, medical advice, or a prescription for how you should act in a particular confrontation. Force, weapons, and self-defense are regulated. You are responsible for knowing the law that applies to you.

Accounts and payments elsewhere

Online courses, logins, and course payments are handled on www.kravmagahawaiiacademy.com, not on this site. Gear is sold by Breakpoint Fight Company on their own site. Their terms apply to those purchases.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and the Krav Maga Hawaii mark on these pages are provided for the school’s own use. Do not copy the site to represent another school. Book titles and third-party names remain with their owners.

Limitation

This website is provided as-is. To the extent Hawaiian law allows, Krav Maga Hawaii and Kevin L. Lewis are not liable for damages that arise only from your use of the public website (for example, relying on an outdated schedule without confirming). This paragraph does not take away rights you have that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without a fight over whose conflict-of-law rules apply. Disputes about the website that belong in court belong in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hawaii.
